What a declaration is

Both stores ask developers to declare what an app does with a user's data and print the answer on the public page. Google Play calls it Data safety and says on the page that the developer provided the information and may update it over time. Apple calls it App Privacy and says the developer indicated the practices.

FxPro: Trading & Investing — Google Play

Developer: FXPRO GROUP LIMITED. The Data safety summary has 4 lines: “This app may share these data types with third parties” followed by “Personal info, Financial info and 4 others”; “This app may collect these data types” followed by “Personal info, Financial info and 4 others”; “Data is encrypted in transit”; “You can request that data be deleted”. The page links the developer's privacy policy on fxpro.com.

FxPro Global: Trading Broker — Google Play

Developer: Pro Global Ltd. The Data safety summary has 4 lines: “No data shared with third parties”; “No data collected”; “Data is encrypted in transit”; “You can request that data be deleted”. The page links the developer's privacy policy on fxpro.com.

Reading a declaration

A category on a label is a kind of data, not a quantity; the label does not say how much of it is collected.

A difference between two rows is stated once, in the table, and left without comment: two listings are two pages, and the ledger does not rank them.

What they do not contain

The blocks do not say what happens to documents or photographs sent during an identity check, or how long they are kept. That is for the privacy policy the page links to and for the account documents; neither was read here.

Listings that did not answer

Not every address read answered with a page. In the South Africa view, the App Store address for 1560667652 (answer: not in this storefront). A listing that does not answer is reported as not found in that view and is left out of the tables of figures; it says nothing about whether the app exists in another country or on another store.

What this page does not cover

This page covers one family of facts. The other pages of this site cover Ratings, Identity, Descriptions and Versions. Nothing here comes from inside an app: no account was created, no identity document entered, no deposit made, no order placed, and the screens behind a login are not described.

Reader questions

Before you tap install

Does the store check these declarations?

The Google Play page says the developer provided them; the App Store label says the developer indicated them. — App Bench SA, 6 November 2026

What does “linked to you” mean?

The App Store wording: the data may be collected and linked to your identity. — App Bench SA, 6 November 2026

Where is the privacy policy?

Each page links to the developer's policy; this site did not read it. — App Bench SA, 6 November 2026

The trading account

A bench of facts is not an account

What these pages read is the store's side: the listing. Opening a live account is a separate step with the broker, with identity checks and rules about sending money abroad that sit outside any app. Read the broker page before you decide, and do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. — App Bench SA, 6 November 2026
